"The big draw for me was free parking close to the centre of town. Service was excellent. Reception allowed me early access to my room which was very spacious and very comfortable. The robe and slippers were appreciated and its always a joy to find a hotel with a bath especially more modern hotels. I would stay again."

"Room was good size, nice extras like water bottles, biscuits etc. Tv was a lot more modern and bigger than other hotel TVs so that was nice too. Bed was comfortable and shower and bathroom was really nice. Staff were friendly and professional. In the morning my partner had a medical emergency and we had to call and wait for an ambulance past check out time, the manager was very understanding about it and was there to support us while the ambulance came. Thank you future inn and the manager/staff."

"We stayed here for a family reunion at the beginning November. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. However the room service called make up the room please was not so great. The bins were not emptied the tea and coffee not replenished nor water replaced nor was the bathroom cleaned and restocked. Seemed like the service people might have fallen asleep as the vacuum cleaner was left in the hallway for us to trip over. My aunts’s room was the same. Nothing done. We stayed at future inn Plymouth after that and it was much better value."

"The parking although free is not easy to access as you have to drive away from the hotel in order to drive back. The rear access door is also less than clearly accessible with the door release hidden and not marked. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped with plenty of wall sockets, bottles of water, and toiletries. The staff were polite and helpful."

"Arrived mid afternoon and parked in drop off zone behind hotel, checked in and dropped off luggage then drove to nearby Cabot Circus car park to leave car overnight in a brightly lit car park with short walk back to hotel. Room was clean and facilities and heating/air con worked fine. Room was quiet and we slept well. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially after we managed to misplace our key card, which they sorted out without any fuss. Staff in bar were also very nice. I'm not particularly bothered about decor in a hotel as long as it is clean - some of the carpets in the corridors were a bit shabby but the one in our room was brand new. An enjoyable and relaxing stay in a vibrant city."
