"Constant floor vibration and noise that causes me having sleepless nights. Maintenance requests being ignored for years. All requests of video footage of neighbour going after me with a screwdriver, physical abuse from security or just of my door, when I found somebody was in my flat, are being ignored too. This place will make you feeling hopeless. Don't come to live here. EDIT: Apparently pictures showing stabing marks on door of my neighbour, together with video from my flat were removed very first day, despite showing actual state of matter here. EDIT 2: after reading a review of another person, I can confirm that Caridon's personal data handling is terrible and totally unprofessional. First it was brought to my attention that one of managers was making unhappy comments about me and that I called Police after an incident with sharp tool and even recently security was showing me and another neighbour, a video they recorded on company phone, trough the door of Polish family, asking me then, to translate it for him, like if I was a right-placed person to find out for him, what was going on inside that flat, and to tell, if it was domestic violence or not. I don't even want to make judgements like that and can't get why I am forced into someone else's life, without them even knowing it."
"I’ve been living this apartment for over year , I wouldn’t say it’s 100% perfect can be quite noises however it’s such big building with loads flats , any complains I made always got sorted which I’m greatful. Flat isn’t biggest but again I’m forever greatful for my own little family home. Meets a lot people here who are so friendly , got soft play and little park. Staff here are friendly and so helpful"
"Previous review was deleted that called out several problems. Awful communication skills, hardly ever answer the phones and so hard to get a hold of, staff are so unhelpful, continuous/follow up complaints on nuisance neighbours never go anywhere and continue to be distruptive with no help from staff, parcels constantly get stolen. Biggest issue is with the disgustingly filthy stairs that are never cleaned, despite every week there being a new event, take care of your facilities that you already have before adding new features, it's like a slap in the face when you get an email about a new event taking place when everyday the halls and the doors and the stairs are so gross. Awful place to live. edit : A staff member contacted me regarding this review, it seemed like their defences were up. Through talking with the staff member, I found that they only hire one cleaner for Imperial Apartments which houses approximately 400 flats, cleaning all the stairs and hallways for over 400 people. Why do they not hire another cleaner or a crew of cleaners? Considering how expensive the rent is here, they can definitely afford it. On the call, the staff member also stated that they are unable to control how people act (leaving rubbish or being noisy). This absolves the staff of Imperial Apartments the responsibility of making Imperial Apartments a nice place to live, where there are solutions to these problems and the place could be made cleaner and noise problems could be tackled more efficiently. "Response from the owner" states my concerns have now been resolved, but this is false. 7 months later, the state of Imperial Apartments remains the same. This place is disgusting and a bad place to live. With only one or two security staff members taking care of the building after office hours, the place feels unsafe to live in the noisy late hours. There are simply too many bad things to say about this place."
"The staff are friendly but not helpful, unfortunately. When you report a problem, no one cars. Since I came here for almost 6 months, I am constantly reporting the nuisance of my neighbor and they never did anything. My parcels were stolen a few times, but I got really shocked when I saw my bicycle also stolen!! The place is not clean at all,in and out. When you have guests, it's really embarrassing. There are lots of doors in the corridor to go and come in the flat. I don't know the logic behind that. Is it really necessary to have all those doors!!!"
