"Sold a house with Hunters who are "emotionally invested and sensitive" because they know "what a stressful time it is". That was their sales pitch anyway. From day one we had hardly any comunication from them. They sent someone round unnanounced because they booked her in at the wrong property. They left windows open and lights on. The day before exchange our buyer's solicitors had no computers or phones, due to technical problems. Hunters knew this and didn't think it would be a good idea to tell us so we could try and do something about it. Luckily our solicitors told us so we could ring Hunters to make them ring our buyers to sort it out. Terrible service and terrible communication. I begrudge having to pay them for what they did."
