Previously, we viewed many properties with many different estate agents and there are some really sneaky and immoral agents in Bristol. We experienced everything from being pushed into using the estate agent’s broker to dishonest agents. One agent from a very well known agency told us that we wouldn’t get the house unless we used their broker. Another told us to pay a deposit on the day to secure the property (verbal agreement) and refused written communication. Atwoods we’re extremely honest and helpful from the start. I won’t use another agency in the future."
