A clear process for making offers and then good communication throughout until exchange / completion. It was challenging at times (solicitors, lender requiring structural survey, etc) which slowed everything down but Lorraine was great at ensuring everyone knew what was going on chasing people down to ensure exchange happened as soon as possible.
