Renting in Bristol is a nightmare at the best of times but James and Jemima have made the process a delight. If things did not go our way with a viewing they were always happy to help us find new properties and explain the best way to secure ourselves a place to live. Since being in the flat there were a couple of issues with the shower but these were dealt with immediately and fixed within a day.
