"Moving with Abode has been a fairly smooth experience. The viewing was pleasant,; I received a good look at the property & had most of my questions cleared. The paper work was done by a third party which took quite long but abode did all they could. The after moving maintenance has also been good. "DO NOT RENT FROM ABODE Honestly, I have never dealt with such an awful letting agent. The property was filthy and mouldy when we moved in. (see images) They fought us on pretty much every detail through the entire tenancy, including removing black mould. At the end of the tenancy, they took money out of our deposit for the most ridiculous things such as ‘hanging up shower head’ which fell down due to a faulty fitting and there being dust in the property… it is an old house and they waited a week between move out and checking the property!! Of course it’s going to have gathered dust !! Do not rent from these people."
