"I’ve lived in Hawkins lane for almost three years now, been absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect as far as any city centre apartment building goes, super central between Cabot circus and the city centre and the classy pedestrian area surrounding it is always nice to come home to. The staff have always been super friendly and have made moving here as comfortable as can be, particularly during covid. So I’ve felt super lucky to have Craig, Owen, Olivia, Kanika, and Sarah to spout utter nonsense with whenever I see them, really does make it feel like home, so cheers guys, appreciate ya"

"We recently moved into the complex and have thoroughly enjoyed our time so far. Our initial tour of the buildings made us feel right at home. After moving in, we were in need of maintenance and assistance, which Owen was quick to help us with. While our one bedroom is on the pricier range, it is worth every pound. The flat is incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The gym is well maintained. The parcel management system is very well done. The team at H&G clearly takes pride in their work and this is evident in the customer's experience. Our time with H&G so far completely outshone other managed apartments we have lived in in the past."

"My boyfriend & I have been living at Hawkins & George for just over 18 months. We have had a wonderful experience so far - stunning apartments, cosy communal spaces & a spot on location. We have particularly appreciated the Resident Services Team, especially Kanika & Craig. When we have needed support, Kanika is right on hand to help us out. Whilst Craig is always a friendly face on the desk! In a lot of ways, they have made Hawkins & George feel like home. Would recommend living here to anyone!"

"I have lived in George’s Wharf for 3 years and recently moved out as I need to change the city of residence because of my job. Pros: The flat itself is fabulous with all the top appliances installed. Easy access to anywhere, as the flat is located in super central Bristol. It is a pet friendly apartment with no extra charges. I really appreciate it because it is extremely difficult to find a flat to rent with my fluffy ones! One of the best things about Hawkins and George is that the management teams are extremely warm and helpful. They are very supportive whenever there’s issues with anything. I remember all the management teams’ names as they are just superb. Thank you so much Craig, Kanika, Owen, Sarah, Beth and Tillie! Cons: I had a one bed flat facing internal garden, so the room is slightly darker due to other buildings covering the flat itself. The layout and storage spaces are relatively limited especially if there’s 2 people living in the flat."
