"You couldn't pay me to try and attempt to stay here again. There was long curly black hairs in my "clean" bed (neither of us have black hair), the caravan was in poor condition with stained walls and peeling fake wallpaper held up by tape, the "clean" shower and toilet cubicle was still damp with shower water. Our water jug inside was still half empty by whoever was there last and not refilled, nothing stocked in the honesty bar except half-empty bottles of room temp booze. The menu for the bar has been vandalised too and not changed back. No one cares about this place, it is in awful condition! Cute concept, the worst execution. We booked for one night to stay over for a train the next day and it was horrendous. Left after two hours of trying to make myself not feel sick by the dirty state of everything and spent money on a different accomodation. Owners should be ashamed of themselves, literally any hostel is better than this. Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO VALUES CLEAN BED SHEETS OR A ROOM THAT DOESNT STINK. There are similarly priced places with better hygiene."
"Waited till the night before stay to tell us it's double booked. Stated they had been trying to contact us for 3 days yet didn't think to contact us direct....?!??! Tried to get US to cancel when they knew the policy meant they would keep the money. Dodgy emails and blame passing from staff. Cannot contact location direct. AVOID AVOID AVOID."
"Interesting venue and great for a one night stay. I arrived quite late and it is quite hard to spot in the dark but access was easy due to all the info being emailed and texted. The caravan was cosy and quite clean. The bathroom was clean, however had no toilet roll. I slept well and was able to get to the city centre quickly by taxi. I booked last minute and it was less than half the price of any hotel. Would definitely recommend for a one night stay."
"I would reccomend it.. maybe for 1 night stay.It was a cute caravan..all the basics are there .! Great communication from the host..bathroom facilities was clean..I like the fact that you had your own bathroom and shower... The Internet kept cutting off when we were watching TV...I did bang my head hard on the caravan so a sign could be handy and really people should listen qnd be quiet after 10pm..the company tried their best to alert people to be quiet for other campers but there was some really obnoxiously loud guests"
"Would not recommend to women travelling alone or in a pair. Major security issues - my (locked) door literally got broken open by someone while I was inside, among other things. I had severe anxiety attacks about my safety during the night. When I complained, I wasn't at all happy with the response. If there was good customer service, it might have alleviated the situation, but what made it worse is that the responses were cold and dismissive. They did not seem at all concerned for my wellbeing. Unfortunately, they reported on Booking.com that I didn't show up for my booking, so I can't leave a review as a verified stay. However, I did stay there once and won't stay there again. I still feel triggered remembering my stay."
