"Little Gems nursery have been wonderful to our daughter- she joined the baby room at 1yr old and has recently left due to us relocating out of London. The baby room team are truly caring and nurturing towards the children they look after; I know our daughter loved her time there due to the massive smiles she gave them whenever I dropped her off. We will be sad to say goodbye but know that her time there was truly enjoyable. Thank you to Filiz and all of the team"

"Little Gems is an amazing childcare provider. We put our daughter into nursery (baby room) in the midst of the second lockdown in 2020, when few other nurseries were taking on new babies. Since day one, Little Gems have gone above and beyond to provide the very best care to our daughter and to make us feel safe and secure. We are moving soon, and after visiting new nurseries it only reinforces to us how great Little Gems actually is! We've decided to keep our little one in Little Gems even if it means travelling further everyday because we cannot find another provider that is even half as good as Little Gems. The staff are all so lovely and make our little one feel so special everyday. We love dropping her off and picking her up everyday - sometimes there are tears of course, but most of the time our daughter is delighted to see her key workers! The staff genuinely love the babies and children, and it is so evident how much they care for them. Our key worker is Filiz who owns the nursery, but who chooses to work with the babies instead of in admin because she is so passionate (and so good too!) Our little one talks about her key workers at home all the time, and bonded with them so quickly that she knew how to say their names before her own grandparents! We are always getting positive feedback from them about how well our daughter is doing and how she is developing, what fun new things she did and said that day. So many of the staff have been with Little Gems for 10+ years and in our experience there is such little turnover compared with some other nurseries. I think that is testiment to what a lovely environment the place has! Even the admin staff are incredible - Danielle always makes us feel welcome and accommodated. We know nursery staff are often very busy, and stretched so flexibility is often difficult for them. But Danielle makes us feel so special like we are the only parents in the nursery! They are so flexible, anytime we need to change our days or add or remove a day, we always hear "Of course, Mummy!" So accommodating, I can't speak more highly of them !! The facilities are amazing too. In the baby room, there is a separate sleep room, and separate playing and eating spaces and a large outdoor garden. In the warmer months, the babies often spend the whole day outside which our daughter absolutely loves! The toddler and pre-school rooms, which we just visited for the first time this morning, are huge and include spacious play areas, sensory rooms, music rooms, tons of activities, and even toddler-sized real toilets for potty training (say goodbye to the plastic potties!). There is such a strong focus on development too. Every week we get updates on how our daughter is developing, what her milestones are and whether she is meeting them. We also get calls with our key worker (Filiz) every 3 months to hear about how she is developing. Everytime the staff talk about the activities the babies are doing, it's always in reference to what they are learning as well - maths skills, language development, sensory etc. etc. How are Little Gems not Ofsted outstanding?!?!"

"We love this nursery. With our child born at the very start of the pandemic and not really interacting with many people other than mum and dad, we needed to find somewhere where staff really understood her needs. Little Gems is a very welcoming, positive place. Our daughter has thrived in her first 6/7 months, her speech and confidence is noticeably improved. The care at Little Gems feels genuine, all the staff we've met are lovely and our daughter has a strong bond with many of them."

"My daughter attends Little Gems Day Nursery and she absolutely loves it. From the moment she started she settled in very well. She’s always really thrilled to go to nursery to the point that on her days off she try’s to put on her shoes and head out the door for nursery. She has a brilliant attachment with not just her amazing keyworker but all the other fantastic, hardworking members of the team. All the staff are wonderful, friendly, and easy to get along with, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable whilst maintaing professionalism. They feed the children really well with good nuritious food & they participate in many Cultrual activities throughout the year, helping my daughter develop and stay creative.
