Your Apartment - Clifton House

"Payed for a late check out (12) start getting people knocking on the door from 10 asking which time we'll be out. I was doing meetings so I knew I'd get out around 12. I got out at 12.10 and the man doing the cleaning tells me "you done yeah?". I couldn't even reply to someone so rude. We always come and recommend "My apartments" but this would be the last time."

"Absolutely avoid this place! I booked a last minute room on the train heading to Bristol - it doesn’t state anywhere that they require photo ID and take an extra £100 security deposit, they refused to cancel the booking and waive the charge even though I explained I didn’t have my passport with me. The room looks like ikea threw up in a student dorm, it smells of gone off food, despite paying more for a better double with ‘larger bed’ we have a filthy basement room with net curtains and ‘courtyard view’ which looks a lot like a car park (IS in fact a car park). Bars on the walls give it the feeling of a night of incarceration which I’ve never personally experienced and would at this point prefer if I could get my £219 back. Really, the only positive here is I can count this as THE biggest waste of money and worst stay I have ever had."

"Perhaps we were unlucky but we had 2 very disturbed nights sleep due to other residents coming back in the small hours after being out and behaving like there was no-one else in the entire building. The first time this happened the group of lads thankfully settled down after about an hour of recounting their hilarious night out, but on the second night an actual party with loads of people started up in a different room at 3.30am that was still going strong when we decided to give up and go home at 6.30.am. No notices up anywhere about being quiet after hours and no-one on shift at MyApartment to deal with it. Shame, as it was a lovely room and great location (hence 2 stars), but won’t be using any MyApartment properties again."

"Pretty good. Although apartment is a stretch. One huge room with an en suite. Great location. Parking difficult recommended arriving early and grabbing a space"

"The picture was different that the space that I was given. The aesthetic was pleasing. Also I was on the top floor carrying up luggage as there were no elevators. The neighbours were quiet & it did have excellent views. If you drive in. The parking is quite small so it’s not that great for bigger cars."
