"Great apartments. The beds were incredibly comfy, the shower pressure good and everything was spotlessly clean. Reception were really friendly and helpful (this was my third time actually booking due to Covid lockdowns and they helped me move it each time). Really couldn’t fault them."
"Great potential but tatty, the suite needed redecorating, the bathroom was mouldy and poorly ventilated, the heated towel rail held together with tape, no throw cushions anywhere, awful pillows and duvets (heavy and lumpy). The bare minimum of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, not enough to make it worth using the dishwasher. Balcony filthy and mildewed Reception only open for short periods, however the staff are very helpful on the telephone"
"POSITIVES : Spacious and well decorated suite. Fully equipped for short or longer accommodation. Shower was my favourite part of the suite. Big comfy bed with clean refreshing bedsheets. Amazing location in walking distance from the city centre. NEGATIVES: Accommodation did not include the complimentary wine that has been advertised on ther website. On the wooden headboard of the bed I have found traces of previous residents. Basically there were two oily patches in the shape of hands. That was quite horrible and disgusting to discover. Worse than that was that we mentioned that to the reception and aksed for immediate cleaning, but later on the day when we returned to the suite, the problem was still there. Really disappointing and unacceptable situation. Never booking again with Premier Suites. Cleanliness, hygiene and customer support are simple and important factors of choosing an accommodation."
