"Perhaps the nicest place we’ve ever stayed - the room was excellent, breakfast full and tasty, and the staff very happy to help. Special thanks to Cassie and David, who made our stay extra wonderful. Top top marks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Wonderful hotel with amazing service and lovely staff. Casey was very welcoming and helpful and the whole team made us feel very welcome and looked after during our stay. The room was beautiful, clean and with plenty of tea + coffee which is the most important thing. The building and venue was gorgeous, loved the bar area, even had a nice drink in their lovely bar one evening. The breakfast was made to perfection and served by really helpful, polite staff. Would happily stay here again if we find ourselves in bath. Location is really good, short 10 min walk into the centre of the city made it a great place to stay."
"Stayed 2 nights while sightseeing. Nice rooms, friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast and great location (15 minutes from train station). No complaints from either of us"
"***Do Not Stay Here*** We booked a 2 night stay for a trip to Bath. Looking at the reviews and the website, paying £222 for 2 nights was, we thought, a bargain. After arriving there, the place looked shabby very little parking. We were met by Casey who explained there was a charge of £10 per night for parking. We had no mention of this before and remembered reading on a review it was free parking. We were then told we were being given continental breakfast only. The reason being, the chef had gone back to Romania for an emergency. We felt like we had been misled as it was advertised as a cooked breakfast. However, the breakfast was basically self serve cereal with a selection of pastries. Supposed to be 4 star but unfortunately fell way short. With the charge for parking and the lack of a cooked breakfast, an explanation on arrival and an offer of a reduced rate would have gone some way to make the stay better. 4 star price with 2 star service. If you are planning to go to Bath, avoid this place."
