"First time in this hotel. Our experience by all measures was excellent. From the wonderful building and decor to the superb service and helpful, and courteous staff. From the food and dining area to the bedrooms, I cannot fault anything. It truly was a wonderful experience. This is to become our 'go to' hotel when staying in the Bath area."

"Fabulous hotel in central Bath. Great location, walking distance from trains and buses and also from central Bath and all its attractions and restaurants. We stayed only one night while visiting Bath but would love to come back. The hotel is an amalgamation of a number of Georgian(?) houses which have undergone a thorough renovation. Lovely spacious room, well appointed, with an immaculate bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Have to agree with a previous review, the scent in reception was a really nice touch. Breakfast was a touch expensive at £20 a head but well worth it. In fact one of the nicest cooked breakfasts I have had in a long while. Nice ambience and we were made to feel very welcome. I would certainly recommend this hotel as a great base for visiting Bath. Hope to be back."

"We had a lovely one night stay at the hotel. The place is nicely decorated and clean. The location is fantastic just a few steps away from all the attractions. The room was super cozy and clean. We were taken to our room by a lovely person, Tomasz. He made our stay absolutely unique and his customer service was very much the same you experience at the Ritz. Thank you so much! "Amazing hotel ..... we stayed here with friends over the bank holiday weekend. Absolutely loved it. Every single member of staff from reception, house keeping to breakfast was so friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that I was contacted by phone a couple of days before my arrival, I thought that was a nice personal touch. The room was immaculate and the decor in our room as well as throughout the hotel is just brilliant. The art and decor is just so quirky and makes it extra special and different from any other hotels. It also smells amazing! The choices on the breakfast menu was great, service was never rushed and a great start to the day. Highly recommend! We just can't recommend this hotel enough and everyone else that we spoke to staying there said the same."
