"Kristina was lovely on the phone today and very kind in dealing with my query. She went above and beyond for me today, and I do not want it to go unnoticed."
"I've always had good care from the GPs here, the nursing staff are kind and efficient and the receptionist/ appointment process is efficient although it can take a long time to get through and sometimes the lines disconnects after a long wait. I sense they are short staffed and under resourced but they do well with what they have."
"Positive and negative experiences as a patient since I joined 10 months ago. It is consistently very difficult to get through the phone to book appointments. For admin aspects email communication has worked well for me. Once you manage to get appointments in general things are ok. Personnel responsible for blood tests are great, professionnal and helpful. Experience with GP varies. I have had a couple of interactions with very professional, empathetic and supportive GPs. Only once the interaction with GP has beem less useful, and to certain extent discriminatory. I was told to get a dust allergy treatment I used to do in the past I should go back to my country of origin, as they are not offered in UK. It would have been more helpful for me as a person living in UK to be provided with options in this country, even if through private clinics. I wonder what is recommend to people with the same problem without "a different country of origin". It feels like patients might be missing out on better healthcare options."
"Have only had positive experiences here. The receptionists have always been really helpful, they’re obviously very busy and still do their best in getting you where you need to be. Went in to see a nurse about one thing and she checked my records to see if I needed any vaccine boosters, very thorough. Great practice."
"I'm not quite sure why this is still my registered doctors. My mother went persistently for years over health complaints and the doctors never took her seriously until she practically had to force them to get an appointment with a specialist. Lo and behold she had a serious autoimmune condition that left untreated like they were trying, would have killed her. I've not noticed the same amount of medical negligence; over the years and most of my health mishaps have been taken seriously on the rare occasions I'm able to get appointments. Seriously, if you work night shifts register elsewhere because you have to sit hovered over your phone, waiting for the clock to strike 8am so you can call before all the appointments are gone at 8:20am; you might have to perform some serious magical rituals too, and pray you get in before you are stuck calling over a hundred times while the busy line tone plays. Pharmacy staff are alright! They're usually very friendly and chipper and very rarely are my monthly prescriptions delayed/messed up. I've also never had an issue with the receptionists either, although I seem to be the only one judging by other reviews. They have nice facilities for groups upstairs and a lot going on for things like mental health and meeting new people. Please try elsewhere though, it's hard enough to get an appt as is."
