"I ordered my new diamond ring here a few weeks ago and received it yesterday. I visited the store on 3 or 4 separate occasions and the staff spent ages with me letting me see different shapes and styles of stones and mounts. I was not an easy customer because I changed my mind after choosing a solitaire and then they had to spend more time with me ordering in halo mounts for me to see! The staff were so helpful especially Skye, who spent a lot of time sourcing my centre stone and different mounts.
