"the woman behind the nomination counter could not have been more unaccommodating when we asked to look at the charms, brung out all the charm holders but turned them to face herself and started putting blank charms in all the spare spaces. when she wasn’t using the charm holders I turned one round to look at the charms and she stated she was using it and turned it back round to herself, not sure how you expect a sale when you can’t look at all of the charms, tried to move one charm over a bit on a different board to see the design as it was so tarnished and she told me not to touch the charms. Awful service from her and left immediately. However the older woman who served me my necklace was very pleasant and kind and didn’t seem as unhelpful as the other staff member."
