His communication was good, and he kept us in the loop with his plans to repair the issue. The removal and installation was done efficiently and in record time. "Brian came out to service our boiler and double check our old water tank was disconnected (we'd recently moved into the property), he also had a look at our toilet that had a leak a few days ago (my partner managed to fix it but we wanted to double check all was well).
