"Booked an wheel alignment, guy takes my car and they were done after 20 mins of waiting, so at first I was very happy with the performance and professionalism of the receptionist (guy with black hair in his 30's) Took the car away and noticed that the car was pulling to the left and the steering wheel was also arching to the left which is completely unacceptable to begin with but I returned and very politely asked for it to be re done. Again the receptionist was professional and told me to wait 15 mins and they will get that sorted. Got the car and the steering wheel was arching even more to the left than it did 20 minutes ago!!! At this point I was really frustrated but still kept my cool, the receptionist was talking to the mechanic and they seen me pull in for the 3rd time and that's when the cheek came out of them saying ''The roads are uneven and I need to wait a week before I come back so that my alignment can settle in'' which makes no sense in the slightest, I drive on these roads on daily basis and my previous alignment must of been magical because the steering wheel was straight.... Mind you I got that alignment at Kwik Fit which is down the road from National Tyres. Not coming back here ever again!!! The mechanic was bold with a short beard also in his late 30's. (Also after the mechanic was done with my car he took it for a wee test drive around the parking lot and totally trashed my car on potholes doing 27mph I have everything on my dashcam... Your meant to test the alignment not trash my suspension!)"
