"I had booked for tyres and called the branch a week earlier to get a break appointment, at their request I moved out my tyre appointment by a week so that they could do the breaks at the same time. When I arrived, they advised that as a result of staff shortages they were only focussing on tyres, and I would have to rebook the breaks. Had you or they advised I would have booked both the tyres and breaks elsewhere. Frankly your staffing issues is a Kwik Fit problem, not mime"
