"Came here to post an international parcel using the DHL online service. The person I met inside said the regular guy is on holiday and that he doesn't know how to operate the service. I felt that if this is true then its poor way to operate a business I wasn't even offered advice about the next nearest place was just told to come back in a week which wasn't plausible as the parcel was urgent."
