"Booked a car this morning at approximately seven am. Driver was late. Called the company and was spoken to with utter contempt by a guy. Missed my appointment. Now I don’t know when I will get another appointment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Refusing to give me my money back £29.50p to be precise. Going to complain to TFL. Avoid at all costs. They just want your money. Money grabbers."

"I thought I'd try booking this firm for my sisters airport pick up from Heathrow and I really don't think I will be using them ever again. The driver did not give clear instructions on where he is, when we tried calling him, he didn't pick up. The whole arrivals process was just made more stressful because the driver just wasn't helpful at all. All drivers should be waiting in Arrivals, not somewhere deep in a car park somewhere. Maybe you should've given the job to a driver who would actually care about the passenger and not have such a cocky, nonchalant attitude. Not good at all."

"I booked two return airport transfers with RRC. When I received conflicting booking information I emailed asking for clarification. Yet more conflicting info was sent to me so I called them and was reassured all was in order. The first cab failed to arrive at 3am to take me to Gatwick meaning a last minute dash in an expensive Uber to the airport. The second can failed to pick me up from Gatwick on a day when there were rail strikes meaning it took me 7 hours to get home. When I called to complain the operator at RRC was rude and insolent even though the fault was entirely theirs. Please don’t book with this company, you can’t be sure they’ll turn up and when they don’t they’ll blame a system problem and not so much as offer an apology. Disgusting attitude, shocking business."

"I booked a cab the NIGHT BEFORE for 7:50 am for a 6 min ride. The car didn’t turn up until 9am. With no call, no text. When I rang them up asking where my car was they just kept saying it’s with another passenger and couldn’t give me a timeframe of when it would be with me. Not only did I wait an Ridiculous amount of time there was no apology or offer for a reduced rate. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!"

"Stay away! The most horrible company, always late for an airport pickup with the same excuse “accident “ so they can save few pounds on parking. Called to complain and was answered by a very rude lacking of manners guy, I’ve asked for his name and he told me his name was MY last name….then he put the phone down as I questioned it… lying and putting the phone down… will never use you again and will make sure this will reach as many people as possible so they will know to stay away from you. You should be ashamed."
