"Used them at 2.30am on a Thursday to return home from King George Hospital to Rainham. Picked us up very quickly and considering the time & distance, I was happy with fare. Pleasant driver too."
"Total disgrace!! Very DANGEROUS woman driver. Called to express concerns and was assured 3 times that someone would come back to me. They did not bother to do anything. DO NOT USE THEM. Incompetent and customer service could not be any worse! You’re wasting your money and with them and this driver was very dangerous !! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!!"
"WORST CAB COMPANY - AVOID AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. I don’t even want to give this place 1 star! We pre booked and pre paid for our airport pick up, they had the flight number and landing time and we had confirmation of the pick up... however they just didn’t show up. Called the driver and the driver hung up multiple times, called the cab office and they were rude and told us they will call back on 20 minutes. It soon became obvious that they were just wasting time in order to send a driver as they hadn’t sent one. The driver showed up 2 hours late and they apparently didn’t send a driver because they couldn’t track our flight..... it was confirmed and pre paid and they didn’t even bother to send a driver. Once we eventually got into the cab the driver was driving at 105mph and basically put our lives at risk because they weren’t on time. The driver then demanded £5 for parking even though it was prepaid with the journey itself. He also only paid £3 for parking. I’ve tried to contact the company since to complain and they have ignored me. Use a different company, there are many around this area!"
"Do not use them. For the third time in a row (in a space of less than a year) I've had major issues with airport pickups. Rude drivers, late drivers, drivers that drive at speed dangerously and ones that demand more money than agreed. I'm currently at Heathrow where one of their drivers are yet again late, this time by 2 HOURS. This is due to the driver leaving to get me 15 minutes AFTER my flight has landed. Management at the office take no responsibility regarding complaints and always say it's out of their hands. The times that I complain they just play piggy in the middle with the driver over issues you raise. 5 years ago this used to be a decent cab service. Not anymore. Avoid at all costs."
"Just AVOID them at all costs. The driver was extremely rude and came to pick me up at the airport at 5.30 pm (that is when he made the first phone contact with me) but was lying that he was at the airport at 5.09 (when the plane actually landed). Then he was hounding me with repeated phone calls asking me when I would be out of the airport. When I came out at 6.56 pm, he was not there. He said he was parking. He finally arrived at 7.20 pm or so. He then said that he waited for over 2 hours for me and that I should pay him £15 extra on top of the parking. He was constantly arguing and was refusing to see the call log on my phone which showed the exact time frame of the phone calls. He did not help me with the luggage either. I then called up the company who reduced it to £5 for waiting period and £4 for car parking. I did not want to pay him anything for the waiting as it was hot and his car had no AC. I had made it explicit to the company not to send the driver until 6.30 pm (because that was the time I had anticipated I would be done with the immigration and luggage collection). But it was a deliberate ploy for the driver to be sent early so that they could charge extra money for waiting. The company people said that I should have specified if I wanted an AC car. I was shocked because in this day and age which cars are without AC ? This driver said he had not fuelled gas for the AC. When I complained about this to that company, the company guy asked me 'Do you know how much money it takes to fuel the gas ? It takes £150.' I did not want to argue further and ended the conversation"
