"It was FedEx's Enfield depot that was supposed to deliver my package. I had a FedEx message stated that my package was delivered, it wasn't. So far I've called in 5 times and 3 days later NO One can tell me what happened. This company is a joke but I'm not laughing. I have to give them some credit since they did try but communications between departments was abysmal. See my email: Hi Stacey, So far I've called in 5 times. Myles did not put my call on the case notes. He promised that I'd have a call by 1:30pm but that didn't happen. I called in again and Skye told me that I'd get a call within 30 minutes but that didn't happen. I called in again and Kelly explained to me about Enfield not answering their phone. Am I surprised? Not anymore. Anyway, the driver needs to be investigated as he appears to be not fit for purpose. I ordered medicine from India and paid for special delivery, so much for that. The driver as it turned out was an agency driver and his English was to put it kindly, very poor. You would have thought that reading English would be very important for them, obviously not so. Anyway, maybe I was a one off :-)"
