"Stay away from this company. Don't bother to call. They tried to leave a pallet on the busy highroad instead of leaving it on the pavement risking the safety of the customer and general public. When i took pictures he immediately took the pallet away. Very dodgy company."
"Had an extremely bad experience with this company. They expect customers to carry goods from the truck when spoke to the manager named Dave. This company makes all the excuses in the world and as you can see from their reply Below they in support of allowing customers to carry heavy good from their truck. He had No empathy and ask what should I do!? "Last week I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Madex Logistics. The delivery driver was by far the most unprofessional individual I have come across for some time. When he arrived, he said he parked round the corner and would unload there. I pointed to the large parking space outside my property he could unload from. He seemed annoyed at that reasonable suggestion. Once he unloaded the goods, he left the pallet in the road, not near the curb. After asking a simple request of moving the pallet closer to the curbside, he reluctantly did so on the insistence of my neighbour (a man) who had just returned home. My own request was ignored! I was made to feel I was inconveniencing the driver and anything I suggested was difficult. I felt worthless on my own doorstep! Afterwards I wanted to make a complaint so I phoned the office of Madex Logistics. I was connected to the manager, who seemed unsympathetic to my experience. When I was explaining what happened, I was cut off making my point about being a woman and the goods being left on the 'curbside'.. He said being a woman isn't an excuse! I then said, if he would let me finish my point, I am a disable woman. His attitude was unacceptable. It's now been a week since that phone call and no one has followed up on my complaint. Any companies using Madex Logistics for their deliveries should expect disgruntled customers who have dealt with them. They are a poor reflection on whoever chooses to hire them as a third party delivery service."
"Their Customer Service is a bunch of liars. Could me and me girlfriend a liar because we called them and told them that the driver didn't ring the door bell. He said "The driver wouldn't drive all this way with a big truck and then not ring the door bell". The same driver turned up the next day and even admitted that he didn't ring the door bell. And it gets better, he even told us that he rang the office the day before and told them that he can't find the door bell. But it is us who are wrong when we say that he did not ring the door bell, right? Please stay away from wannabe delivery companies, you are only causing your company and your customers stress. I've stopped ordering from certain merchants in the past, due to what delivery company they were using. Even to read a review you are not smart enough. If you were, you would have noticed that this review is not about where the driver might have been, but about your support calling me and my partner liars for saying that the driver did not ring the door bell, when infact, the driver called your office, advised he can't find the door bell and admitted to us the following day as well that he couldn't find the door bell. You guys are a joke. Please go back to the board and learn what a professional service and especially a professional CUSTOMER service is"
