"08/01/2022 at around 12.45 Normally all their staff is really good and helpful but after today's visit I felt disappointed by the service I got at the till by the lady serving on the trade counter. She was rude to say the least. She was loud and Rude to a customer before me for making wrong order. Told me off for being on trade counter when I wasn't a trade customer. Told off staff at the door for letting me use trade counter even though there were no ques on that side."

She shouted pick up or order, while I was at the other end of the shop, when I eventually understood she was talking to me she was annoyed. A hello or how can I help you would have been nicer. Still, that's screw fix for you. Products and prices good staff not trained well."
