"Awful service. If you are cancelling the job let the client know, that you have decided to give this driver another job. I'm disgusted that I had to stand in the cold for 30 minutes, waiting for a car which I booked at 18:49 for 19:25 arrival. And only after 5 phone calls in which I was told he was still on his way, you decided to send another driver. If you wish to play favourites with your drivers and give one all jobs and others nothing, the least you can do is to make sure the client does not need to suffer for yours and drivers screw ups. For future customers if your booking with this company and the sms says that the car with the following details (WHITE MERCEDES BENZ VITO SB15KWT) is coming to pick you up, request someone else. Maybe he will learn to be greatful for any job and value all clients, not just those that make him £70+"

"Booked Cab from DA9 9JT to Stansted Airport and paid £75 and today received call again for payment 2nd time £95, This company is rip off and fraud trying to steal money twice for same journey. Better Avoid"

"Terrible service and useless office staff. For quite some time and Everyday for the past 2 weeks I have booked a taxi for 7am or there abouts and it’s been about 20-25 minutes late. I check the tracking link and can see there on the other side Dartford at 6.57, I then call and the useless staff say “sorry maybe book it for earlier next time” that is a ridiculous statement. If I need a taxi for 7 why shouldnt I be able to book it for 7? And to top it off they blatantly lie to you on the phone! They will say the taxi is 3 minutes away when it clearly says 8 on the tracker and low and behold another 10 minutes later the taxi driver arrives and has no idea he’s even late and tells me he’s only just recived the booking. I get taxis Monday to Friday and I’m discussed at the level of service ASAP/Swanscombe Cars are providing. I have used this firm for the past 6 months and I will not be using them again."

"Booked the taxi last. Night to pick me up at 13 05 from work. Phoned up taxi firm twice. First time told me he was 2 mins away. Finally picked up 1.30. Wet through and freezing cold. Ain't happy won't be using again"
