"Very disappointed with service… We booked a taxi to collect us from Gatwick airport @ midday… No message from the driver as normal… ( my wife’s used company before)… She contacted company as we arrived a little early (15 min)… They told her taxi was dropping off someone and would be around to us shortly…. Tired and wanting to get back home from our flight… We waited and waited and waited… After 45 min my wife called again to see where driver was… Only to be told from another person that the driver was 45 minutes away traffic was bad… Wife said pervious person had said he was dropping off another client…. Apparently communication issues… To say we are annoyed is an understatement, more like furious… Finally the driver turned up and wanted us to go to drop off point not pick-up point, then if we minded to stop at McDonald’s on way home as he was feeling faint… Won’t be using this company again…. Be warned to future customers…."

"My brother went in the office and asked for a cab he could ring for later and someone said yeah OK no problem, but when I rang to book his cab and mentioned it was for my disabled mother aswell the phone cut off but after I rang a few times then realised I was being hung up on."
"Dirty car told 10 minutes waiting with my child for 30 minutes ring again says all night car very rude lady on the phone, Iwill never use them again I prefer my old firm Greenlight Cars much better then express cars"
"Really happy best cab office in the area. Prompt and have always been on time clean cabs and friendly drivers and phone staff. Would recommend to anyone who is look for a cheap way around. Reliable on airports 10 out of 10 :)"
