Day 2 too late and kids got marked late at school as the taxi arrives too late...Day 3...I called them in advance about the delay giving them benefit of doubt and they promised this will not happen again..I called early in the morning reminding them about the booking...I was assured it will be on time...guess what...next day super late...kids got marked late for school for 2 days due to them...so unreliable and unprofessional"
