Got great advice and took the car into the workshop today up in Edinburgh to replace the whole windscreen. More cost effective to replace than mend and leave a mark.. Really nice people...polite and within two hours the car was ready with a new windscreen. To Steve and Scott in the office and Darryl the call out engineer...Great job lads. Great company with no hidden extras built in.."
"No show as they called and left a voice mail and didn't text or email to a Deaf customer me! As the driver was booked for Friday morning and then out of the blue the driver has booked annual leave right on the day of England v Scotland Tyoical calling nationwide UK and no offices in Scotland!! Can't serve Scottish customers quicker enough still waiting as this is day 8! Bloody awful when they appear 3 weeks later damaged panel, scrapped paintwork, didn't cover up bonnet or even tidy up at the end. One hell of a cowboy freelancer no wonder there's isn't an office in Scotland will be taking care at my next renewal by going to auto glass"
