I called them and texted them our address at 5:58pm and at 6:35pm I got a call from Paul to say he was at our property! Paul was really great! He was very professional, friendly and really helpful. He was not long at the property before working out what needed to be done and he was so quick in sorting it out. "Paul responded to my request for a plumber within 20 mins of request, he arrived within 1hr of speaking which was fantastic. He quickly sourced the issue, made a recommendation and then went got the parts and repaired my leak. It’s a struggle to get good tradesmen but I will be keeping Paul’s number for any work in the future. Well mannered man and reasonable rates. It’s always a worry when your in desperate need people couch charge whatever but not Paul. He broke down the price for parts and labour and provided receipt. Exceptional and hassle free.
