"If there’s zero star I would love to give them. Absolutely awful customer service. Told me that my parcel will arrive today and when they came they didn’t even ring the door bell. Just took a photo of my front door and said no one is home. Who’s gonna stand outside at the front door of the house WHOLE DAY just to wait for you guys? We couldn’t even select a time slot. What are customers supposed to do? Don’t understand why it’s so difficult to ring the doorbell? Customers ARE home. This company deserves 0 star customer service"

"It deserves zero stars. Every driver lies about attempting to deliver. Literally stayed home all day on multiple days over multiple packages. Same thing every day. Just blatant lying. Customer service is non existent. I would never choose to use this service. Apparently it is a company called TNT that FedEx contracts to. Awful awful company. I imagine they ruined many Christmas’ this year and in years past."

"Honestly worst delivery service I have ever encountered paid extra for next day delivery didn't arrive on the Friday after me waiting all day. They came on Monday when I was busy I missed them and called up and then I waited all day Tuesday and Wednesday after calling the depo each day and was told they give the drivers too many parcels so they can't deliver them all in 1 day and they ran out of time for my delivery Friday Tuesday Wednesday I'm now collecting my parcel from the depot almost a week later should rename it next week delivery because next day most certainly it is not"

"THE worst courier experience with TNT. Paid for a next day pre-12 delivery on a Tuesday and 3 days in a row they updated the tracking after 4pm to say that I wasn’t in when they attempted to deliver at 5 mins to 12 each day, which is rubbish! Tracking says they left a message. Nope. Been a week now and still no package. Multiple calls to customer service and they are as confused as me and cannot get through to the depot. Their internal tracking system info does not match the customer online tracking info. One guy says that it can be left with a neighbour if I am not there (ie no excuse for not delivering) then the next says oh no we can’t do that as sender hasn’t set that up when initiating the order. UTTER SHAMBLES OF A COURIER. Probably having to declare package as lost and resend as TNT are totally inept at delivering it. They are not even showing up at the property to attempt to! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU CAN if you don’t want to waste hours on the phone chasing a parcel"

"tracking stated that my parcel would be delivered yesterday by 20.00. Nothing arrived. When I checked the Amazon tracking system it had been changed to five days from now! In future I will deal directly with a supplier before completing a purchase and if FedEx is their courier I will decline the product and buy from another supplier. If enough business see that using FedEx is pushing customer to competitors then hopefully they will make the sensible choice of another courier."
