"Great service very friendly got a taxi with a woman that had pre-booked for herself too get home she gave me and a friend a lift I offerd extra money as wee were going a bit further in the same town but driver said no it’s fine which was very nice off him as he could have charged the extra fair, highly recommend."

"Any one should know not to go through a red traffic light let alone a Proffesional taxi driver. Trying to take a right turn at a crossroads on the south side of Edinburgh this morning and the person thought it was ok to continue through this red light. The light's change so quickly here but god help any school children heading over to the high school if the green man was on. Premier Taxi's plastered all over the vehicle. Idiot and for that reason I will never use them. Angry road user. 02-11-21 - Yet another white Premier Taxi straight through a red light at the Lasswade crossroads this morning. Old man and woman in the front. Shocking!! Wish I had a dash cam."

"Dissappointed. I called for a taxi to take a lady in a wheelchair. Got told it was too short a run to be viable for them. Man was nice enough but where is the community spirit in these difficult times ? Called AC taxis and right away it was not a problem at all :)"

"Premier Taxi, the best taxi service in Tranent. The Taxi's are always sparkling clean & they always arrive exactly when they say they will. The drivers are courteous & friendly, no matter how busy they are. Ive had a few bad experiences with another local Taxi service, rude drivers, exorbitant prices & poor driving even. Also quoting a time of arrival & being at least 15 mins late. One driver told me to get a f☆ing bus. Not Premier Taxi's, if they can't help they actually give you a number for another service that can, or they will do their upmost to squeeze you in somewhere! It's a pleasure being driven by them. Excellent."
