Driver was incompetent and went from shop to shop looking for a cash line after I asked him before journey started to use cash line at Tesco Musselburgh he insisted on using one in Tranent instead then forgot to stop . Had he stopped when asked we wouldn’t have stopped at 2 other shop were the machines were not working before he stopped at Asda adding another £5 on to my bill of £19.20 ."
"I booked with this taxi firm for our wedding night, despite having received a text which confirmed the booking the taxi did not show. So we were stuck at our wedding venue in the rain with no way of getting home! I phoned numerous times and there was no answer. Would not recommend!!!"
