"Terrible service! Beware!!! I pre-booked a cab for 6 am to catch a train. What do you expect from a pre-booking? A cab at your door at your time of booking, right? Not with these guys though. It starts searching for a cab at your time of booking! So their app started searching for a cab at 6 am! I waited for 10 mins, still no cab was found and cancelled my trip. I was almost missing my train. Since I had pre-paid, the money is gone as well - no refund. I tried to call them but their number only takes automated booking requests - no human being."
"Awful service on 2 consecutive nights. Friday we booked a pick up from Livingston Station 3 hours in advance to be told 10 minutes after booked time that they were trying to connect us to a driver. Tonight we called at 7.20 then were told the driver had come and we weren't there (had been outside for 15 mins) then he couldn't find it (despite their automated booking service having the address stored). Trip cancelled, us late for a table booking and husband having to drive so we can't celebrate my birthday. Response from operator was to ask if I wanted another taxi or to carry on moaning. Not a single word of apology. Wish I could give minus stars"
