“Partypeeps threw the most amazing party for the kids. The music and games were excellent, Jays interaction with 40 9 year children was impressive. The parents were up dancing too! Would thoroughly recommend everything about them and we were over the moon that we could get all the party extras in one place. The party booth selfies went down a storm as did everything else. We will definitely be booking them again in the future.”

“Had a great time. We went a group of 6 and the way it was set up meant that we could all be occupied with different puzzles at the same time. I’ve done a few different escape rooms, and something I noticed about this one, is it was challenging. But we didn’t really need much guidance, which helped with the immersion. Ellen was great! Leasing us into this world that clearly has had a lot of work out in to make it great for us!”

Lucy gave the most amazing show that not only captured the children with excitement & wonder but held their full attention for the whole hour. There were giggles & gasps from children & adults alike. “Dave was brilliant. He flew in, quickly set up, single handedly managed to keep all of the 25 children enraptured for over 2 hours. Even the adults were entertained. The piece de resistance was to make me a ballon art lobster. All fully biodegradable. What is there not to love?!”

“We did a three room bonanza for my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it - we'd done Escape Hunt rooms in Cheltenham before (and Lisbon since) and what they do is really good, with a mix of tasks and skills needed. We've done about 50 rooms between us and these are among the best. Louis and Sammy were really friendly, helpful and fun (loved the voices, guys!) and made the experience great all round. We also loved the fact that you could buy a beer and take it in while you were doing the room - not sure if it helped with the time or not! We really enjoyed the samurai room, but the pirate and spy rooms were very good too. Will definitely be back as soon as they rotate the rooms to something new.”

“Visited today with my partner and friend. First time at an escape room, really enjoyed it! Sophie that hosted was fantastic and was particularly good at giving clues but very cryptically so still made you think. Will be returning to try their other room soon!”

“Amazing service! I ordered a balloon display for my father’s 70th birthday party. I had a bit of an idea of what I wanted but Carollyn brought it to life! We were delighted with the decor and delivery to/collection from the venue was very smooth! We will definitely be repeat customers and would highly recommend Enchanted to our family and friends.”

“Really nice cinema. It was a bit of a surprise when we arrived as everything works differently: it looks like a theater, the manager on duty made a quick speech before the start of the movie and you don't have to queue for your first order as they come and take it from your seat and then they bring it to you! Bathrooms were clean as well. The only issue I had was the sound that for me was a little bit too high but overall a very nice experience.”

“Wonderful Methodist Church, were John Wesley preached. This was the very first Methodist Church. Lovely cafe at the back of the chapel were wholesome snacks can be had. Nice shop and well worth having a look at the museum. 10/10”

“Visited for a taster session on ropes and bouldering. Went with my wife, and we both had an amazing time. Staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Mike, who led our course, gave excellent advice, and got us climbing very quickly and safely. Will hopefully be going back very soon!!”

“This is a great venue for intimate shows. Whilst I've seen quite a few bands here, on this occasion, it was a Harold Lloyd film. The bar, staff and facilities are all top notch too.”

“First of all absolutely nothing personal to any staff, or against the gym or anything. I haven't even been, a group of us were planning on going this Saturday, but first visit price is £20 even though we are all climbers, certainly not ego'ing avoiding an induction video or anything like that, the extra £7 is madness and completely unjustifiable if thats a word, especially in these times. Unfortunately none of us are keen, but the place looks amazing so it's our loss. Gutted. Hopefully there is a slight rethink to this business model as I'm sure we're not the first put off. Sorry to the staff member that has to respond to this. Edit: The entry price is absolutely fine, just that initial first visit at £20 is the heartbreaker. Also will delete as soon as this is (hopefully) changed. I'd probably have spent the extra 7 quid in tea and chocolate anyway! Edit: So 3 weeks ago I had to leave a 1 star review, I've now just changed it to a 5 star, really pleased you are scrapping the first initial entry price, excellent move and I now can't wait to visit and like I said, I will gladly spend that difference on food and drink anyway. Great move guys well done!”

“We had a really great time completing this escape room. Great theme choice executed with very good props for the puzzles and riddles. We got off to a very quick start at level 3, so our host Adam came in and increased the difficulty level for us which was great. A very fun escape room at a really competitive price - would highly recommend and look forward to going again when there’s another room!”

This is our second visit and was good fun , the karts are good condition and our host was very helpful, very clean facilities and good choice of drinks and snack. The track itself is nice and fast very enjoyable will definitely return again , Also plenty of free parking outside that is also a bonus”

“Tried out the adult clip n climb on the adult session on a Friday night and had a great time! The leap of faith was good fun and each wall can range in difficulty depending on which challenge you want to take on. Staff were brilliant too, helpful and friendly. Thank you! :)”

“Great place. There are lots of different choices where you can decide which to try. It is for all ages both children and adults, you can go with a date or friends. There are facilities for also the people that are not participating in the event.”

“Great value party; included we had someone to lead the football session, which the children loved. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They had plenty to eat and all the children felt like they had a decent amount of time playing football. I can recommend as a place for a party. Plenty of space in the bar for us to wait with a drink while the party took place too.”

“A group of 4 of us went for the axe throwing, we all had a great time. Good selection of beers (alcohol free) and soft drinks, really friendly staff. JJ our instructor was great, really enthusiastic and a good laugh, looking forward to taking on the escape rooms!”
