"Carol the old woman is so rude I came In yesterday to return an item and told me it ‘wasn’t happening’ she was rude belittling and outspoken. All I asked was for a refund or exchange! She was determined she wasn’t going to do it then finally after I told her I’d spoke to the helpline she issued it and proceeded to talk about me after I had walked away. Not a way to treat a customers after I had spent 200+£ on an item. Which was no good! I’m never going back"

"Ordered an ssd here a week before. Woke up early to collect it and they stated that the order didn’t come in after I had an official email stating that it was coming in. They couldn’t do anything for me. Rubbish customer service"
