It was never about trying get me to buy glasses or even the most expensive ones when I did. This was a team focussed on making sure my eyesight was being looked after in a very customer focused and friendly way. It was an effortless journey and Robert himself is outstanding. "I had been having issues with my current glasses from another practice for over a year to the point I would always wear contact lenses because my glasses just didn’t fit right and were giving me headaches. The other practice just did not listen to what I was saying when I tried to explain why they were uncomfortable and what I thought needed to be altered.
