The COSCA course is nothing short of life changing and presented in a very accessible way by the excellent team of trainers. The training centre is modern with great facilities. There’s always a friendly hello on arrival from The Spark staff. The trainers are experienced professionals with an enormous wealth of knowledge between them. All very approachable and determined to provide an enjoyable and exciting experience. 5 stars from me."

"After 6 sessions with the Counsellor, I have to say this was the best decision to do either for my mental state or lifestyle. Always there for me, when I called unexpectaly and during sessions as well. Was hard but it did make me feel like I can be myself, hope and see a better future ahead of me. I higly recommend them, the waiting list might be long but was damn worth it!!"
