"I had a blow-dry and curls done just half an hour ago for my graduation. I specifically asked and booked my appointment with Megan only to have been told on the spot that she is actually on her day off and I will get another stylist. As my hair is curled I asked for some extra hairspray since my hair does not hold curls in the Glaswegian wind and rain. When we were done I asked again and was reassured that the curls would hold all day. I came home less than 20 minutes later and my curls are already falling apart and the back of my head is completely straight and untidy. I had to redo the curls again. Utterly disappointed by the experience. Edit: There was no rain that day. I requested extra hair spray, I was assured it would hold. It did not. Money down the drain."
