"The Reason why I gave 3 starts is because although the place is is a good location and you have few shops nearby, and is a well equipped apartment, there had some issues during our stay some problems with the shower and with the oven and when we tied to bring those up we were shut down as if it was our own fault, that those problem were not sorted while we were there. I like to point out that when you are on holidays you don't really have any time to be contacting the company to send a plumber to fix a shower or an electrician to fix the oven. And the response from your customer service team was to put the blame on us for not contacting you sooner."

"Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Edinburgh. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful. I had only one small criticism; the street the apartment is located on is very busy and as it was hot weather and the windows were open, it was difficult to sleep. If you stay in winter and the windows are shut, this would not be an issue. I would definitely stay again for a short break."
"Great apartment in a super location. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The bedrooms and living areas were tastefully decorated with some unique Scottish touches. Conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and close to the Surgeons Museum. There was plenty of cafes nearby and a Lidl, Tesco and a 24hr store."
