"This is a fantastic doctors surgery, I have never had any problems in the 11 years I have been here. Even my partner who uses a different surgery is always commenting on how good she thinks it is and how well they look after me, sometimes you may have to wait a while in a que on the phone. For me I don't see that as a problem, reception always look to help me, nurses are great and the Doctors will always do their best to look after me. Just recently I had to see the physio and was able to do that with no trouble at all, and she was super too. I really have no complaints and giving it 5☆ ratings"

"I called today because I needed an emergency appointment. I said it's a new, urgent issue and it's regarding intimate women's health. I refused to give details to the bully receptionist because she's NOT A DOCTOR and it's something INTIMATE. I was refused an appointment because of that and will not get the antibiotics treatment I need on time which puts my health at risk. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my life! They are there to help people but instead they blackmail their patients with lack of treatment if they refuse to share their intimate details with incompetent receptionists! (Although their webiste says they will respect if somebody refuses). Obviously I will complain as it's unlawful. Ironically, when I asked the receptionist's name she refused to give me her surname but she wanted me to tell her my intimiate details! CAROLINE - you're a hypocrite and you shouldn't work in medical services, as it requires some inteligence, tact and empathy. EDIT: Practice manager called me and I spoke to another doctor and they both assured me, next time I will have an intimate issue, I won't have to provide details to the reception and the stuff will be retrained on this kind of matter. I'm glad. But on another note when I asked to speak to the doctor on another case, a receptionist tried breifly discussing with me before making an appointment, again, they are not doctors. They should just take a note and not have an opinion not knowing somebody's complex medical history and not having very specific medical knowledge. EDIT2: There's one fantastic doctor but the waiting time is a MONTH."

"Some receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. The way I was spoken to during the mental health crisis ticked every box for unsafe practice. There are no on the day appointments at all, despite what it says on the website. Emergency app are being judged by the receptionists so again a gatekeep. Had my medication mixed up too twice now by the same doctor. Not a surgery I would recommend to anyone."

"Tried to get an appointment for my daughter. Told to go to pharmacist first, went got some items for her that didn't help. I phoned to get an appointment for her and was told I would need to phone back in the morning after 8. I phoned in the morning and was told I couldn't make an appointment for her and she would need to do it herself. Place is useless since covid. Get doctors back to work properly. Stop paying them for not doing their job when everyone else is back to work"

"Fantastic reception team - efficient, professional and compassionate. The doctors are equally amazing. I’ve honestly had better to care at this practice in the last 12 months than I had at my previous surgery which I was a patient for 30+ years."
