"Emma did a waxing. It hurt a lot. She told me that if I continued to have pain she could not continue. She puffed when I felt pain. I also had a rash in the following days. This was six months ago. Of course, I never went back and never waxed again. I recently had a waxing at another beauty saloon near this one and I felt no pain and had no irritation. I found Emma very nervous and with little knowledge."
