"The dentist, for the FIFTH time, cancelled our appointment on the day as she did not want to stay to stay late despite accepting the booking weeks out. The online booking form does not work to reschedule. An embarrassing and unprofessional practice, best avoid and take your business elsewhere. I have reported them to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and Quality Care Commission for poor professional standards and failing to meet their health obligations. Avoid."
