Had to book and cancel tests several times because of flight cancellations but the entire process was smooth and took no time at all. Also appreciate the fact that payment wasn’t required at the time of booking, would’ve been a hassle with all the cancellations. Staff observed all safety procedures and took the swab samples. It was done gently and didn’t hurt at all. I was also explained clearly how to register my test kit online. Best part: Got my test results in less then 24 hours!"
