"Unacceptable behaviour on reception phone call. They just hang up the phone call while I was talking to a reception lady. I mean I was gonna pay 300 for just a 15min appointment and you just hang up while I'm talking? How can you not respect at all your patients? My partner many weeks ago request online to book an appointment with an orthopaedic in this clinic. I wouldn't leave a feedback but I really wasn't expecting such a bad call manners and such an unorganised place."
