Gemma made the experience of picking out worktops/cabinets and colour schemes a breeze. We even got to meet the owner/director Arthur who was very helpful and complimented Gemma’s suggestions of what the kitchen should look like. When we got to making payment Amanda was nothing but a sheer delight to speak to and came across very friendly. I wish I could give a 6th Star with how my overall experience was with LDD."

"This company is shocking. They do not answer phone calls and ignore. Our kitchen was purchased by the home builder and the doors were not sealed correctly. We have tried for YEARS to get replacement doors at our own cost (which i have been told shouldn't have happened, they should have been replaced as it was a faulty build). My most recent experience has been palmed off, gemma promised to call back a lot and when i called she was busy or not answering the phone. I am disgusted with company and would never recommend them!!!"

"Products are excellent, a couple of the members of staff and sales team are great, polite and pleasant to deal with. Soured by staff who it would seem don't enjoy their job and have lost the art of customer relations. Hate to sound like a cliché but I have genuinely never had an experience in the workplace as bad or as stressful as the ones I've experienced with LD staff. Make some improvements on both logistics and retraining some staff."
