"Would give zero stars if i could. Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. Am surprised they are even allowed to operate. Thry have no concern or sympathy to peoples needs, always making errors with requesting prescriptions or not even requesting them then blaming the surgery, long waiting times when you get there just trying to find the prescription. Very unorganised and unapologetic. Staff are extremely rude and miserable. A very depressing atmosphere. They dont even answer the phones when told to call and check whether prescriptions are ready before turning up at the pharmacy next time!! Appaling service!!! Not what you need especially when it comes to vulnerable, disabled and ill patients requiring your services to be more efficient, organised and alot more compassion and understanding. A little smile wont hurt... disgusting!!!!"

"Very rude and abrupt ladies! I'm a 70 year old pensioner with shortness of breath and I was told there was a problem with my prescription and would have to go back to where ever I got it!!!!! Unbelievable! I told her I was not able to do that and if the problem is with the prescription then she should phone the surgery which she reluctantly did. It was dispensed, obviously NO problem! No explanation or apology was offered! Maybe need a name like John or Brenda to get a courteous service with a smile! I My prescription was dispensed so no problem there! Never got an explanation or apology! Absolutely shocking! Maybe you need a name like Peter Rabbit or Sue Jones to get a friendly service!!"

"Went there to pick up my meds, did not feel good at all. The ladies were not able to find it, which is ok, guess that happens. The way they treated me was unkind, unhelpful, made me feel like a second line citizen. Nobody should feel like that specially in vulnerable state."
