"I really like our local branch of BOOTS - they always have really great offers on products inside and the staff are really friendly. I was sad when they removed the make-up and cosmetics counter though, it was great having somewhere on the doorstep that I could grab bits quick like Mascara or lippy if I was going out and found I had run out. My only quarm about it now really is that you always seem to have a bit of a wait in there. They need more staff... even the pharmacists themselves have to come round and serve you sometimes which then gets on the nerves of people waiting for prescriptions. Luckily I'm quite a patient person in situations like this but there is something quite annoying about being stood in front of someone in the queue who is sighing down your neck and losing patients with the staff. On a High Street where there isn't really much variety, it's a good shop for us to have. I hope we never lose it."
