The pharmacist was friendly and answered my questions, and the appointment took almost no time at all - basically a nice chat on the way to the tube station. A real local vibe that reminded me of my hometown!"

"I had an appointment to receive travel advice about potential vaccinations. I asked the staff if the vaccines they recommended were covered by the NHS and if they can update my NHS record. They answered yes to both of these questions. As a result I paid £100 to receive three separate vaccines. As it turns out, all three vaccines are covered by the NHS and the pharmacy cannot actually update my NHS vaccine record themselves. Overall the pharmacy's advice just seemed very dishonest and I would not recommend using them."

"This pharmacy should soon be going out of business. Get a call to collect an old prescription left behind from May (previous owner never gave you the prescriptions in full). Arrive on Sat to collect and oh surprise the prescription cannot be found. A new one cannot be issued because i failed to collect and is after 3 months. Yeah blame the customer instead of your useless staff! Thank goodness we have online prescription delivery available now."
